purchase was signed, our landlord was given a two months notice. The loan
officer I was dealing with at the time assured us everything would be done as
long as I provided her with all of the paperwork needed. Although the paper
work needed had been submitted, and the two months had passed, the loan
officer told us that we had been denied and that we should try again in another two months. After an additional two months had passed, I had to leave the home I
was renting from, and was forced to move to hotel with my three children. The
living situation I was in at the time was a complete horror! I was going to my
job and bringing my children to school while living out of a hotel room. At this
point I was without hope and helpless about our living situation, I was then
referred to Ms. Bernadette Lindsay through a different realtor I had known.
As I met with Ms. Bernadette Lindsay , I noticed the talent she possessed
and how well prepared she was when she presented our mortgage application
